Now Weichai engines can connect to ÁRTIMO to see the main operating variables and fault codes in real time. With this functionality, drivers, owners, maintenance leaders and other stakeholders, will be aware of what happens with their equipment, have better maintenance, prevent failures and obtain maximum productivity of your investment.
Weichai, one of the world leaders in the manufacture of gas engines, from its regional in Latin America and LAP TECHNOLOGIES, has made an alliance for the productivity of its customers using the ÁRTIMO platform in its after-sales services. Currently the FAW vehicles arrive in the country through the company Arintia Group, they are friendly to the environment and come equipped with fully integrated Weichai gas engines and analyzed from ÁRTIMO.
In detail.
Using the telemetry, engine information is sent as variables of oil and coolant temperature, oil pressure, engine speed, vehicle speed, oil pressure, fault codes, among others. The data is analyzed automatically from one of the analytics modules of ÁRTIMO and in case of any eventuality, the after-sales service schemes are activated from a Control Center responsible for reacting before potential or real failures; in order to prevent equipment damage and reduce maintenance and operation costs.
Initially this solution has been implemented in Colombia and soon with our partners will be available in México and Perú, markets in which FAW vehicles with their Weichai engines have a greater presence.
