History ÁRTIMO

ÁRTIMO is a technological solution designed to respond to the needs that the transportation and energy sectors present today.
Developed by LAP TECHNOLOGIES, technological arm of the Equitel Organization; This story began almost 60 years ago when we were pioneers in the arrival of diesel engines in Colombia, as the first response to our search to optimize the productivity of our customers.
During this time we have developed partnerships with large companies such as Cummins Inc., which have supported with their technology and knowledge the growth of ÁRTIMO as a concept and integral solution. In this continuous learning we have followed our culture of visualization and the hand of a human team with great capacity, today we deliver an integral solution that allows us to add value to your operation and boost your productivity

The Equitel Organization was born as Equitec in Medellin, being a pioneer in the arrival of diesel engines in Colombia. Start operation with the distribution of Cummins Inc. and the services around these equipment.

Consolidates as the Cummins Distributor in the Northwest Region in the areas of Power and Energy.

Cummins gives you the distribution of the Central Zone of Colombia for its excellent performance. Later it gives the distribution of the North of Colombia and the management of the brand.

LAP INTERNATIONAL is born as a business unit within the Equitel Organization.

Derived from a productivity-oriented culture, companies such as ProLub, La Flota, GAF, Ingenergía are born in Equitel.

Due to its growth LAP is constituted as an independent company, being born LAP INTERNATIONAL S.A. and the alliance with MiX Telematics is signed.

LAP INTERNATIONAL S.A. becomes Master Channel for LATAM supporting the development of Telematics services throughout the Region.

In conjunction with Cummins Inc. we developed QSRT; our platform for real-time engine maintenance, complementing the services offered by the Equitel Organization to the Transport sector.

We created RTM our platform for support and maintenance of electric generators in real time in order to change the way of providing maintenance services to this type of equipment.

We transform ourselves into LAP TECHNOLOGIES, a 100% innovation and technology company that constitutes the technological arm of the Equitel Organization.
